Once Erect-A-Room has completed the survey and measurements and specifications are finalised, a construction date will be agreed.

All materials will arrive approximately one day before the planned construction date. Firstly concrete pads will go in place, causing little disruption compared to the mess resulting from traditional footings. The steel sub-structure is then bolted together, levelled and fixed to your house wall.
